Human Resource Manager

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities

Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.

Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.

Performance Management:

Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP HR, Workday) and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
